Items CAN be refundable.
If there is ANY problems with your items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can discuss the issue. It is up to the store owner to decide if you're eligible on a refund or a exchange. You might be asked to show proof with photo evidence of your issue.

Lost Package
If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS/UPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen, store is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.
For packages that got lost within USPS / UPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - Contact local UPS/Postal.
SHIPPING
All Orders are made to order and take between 2-14 business days to process + ship. Tie Dye orders will take longer as they are made to order and takes at least 2 days minimum to create. I do ship out everything as quickly as possible, but this is not amazon.
Customer Service
This shop is a one woman owned and run. I do not tolerate aggressive behavior. I have worked in the customer service industry for more than five years and quit due to harsh behavior from grown adults and will not deal with it here. Sorry. I will match your attitude. Be nice and respectful, that's all I ask.
