What is your Turn around time?  

Our turn around time is 2-14 business days. Everything is handmade and made to order, so we do have to buy inventory if we run out of the sizes.

What is Made To Order?

Made to order means we make the products as they come in. We don't have a warehouse or have inventory on hand ready to go.We are a small business operating as a one woman crew from our household.

What if my order came in damaged?

Contact us with photos.

What if my order hasn't arrived yet after its been shipped out?

We recommend every purchase that gets shipped to buy the route protection plan. For a few extra cents or dollars, they do help us both out with missing or damaged items. Please contact us.

What brand do you use?

We use mostly unisex bella canvas, unless otherwise stated in description. Its a shop preference due to the cozy fabric. We use Unisex because our designs are for everyone, woman and man. If you'd like a different style, (ex - womans fitted tee), then contact us before your order and we can do a custom for you.

Why did you take away 4XL & 5XL sizing?

Unfortunately not many brands carry these sizes, and when they do its only the main black, white & grey colors. After much thought & comments on people asking for more colors, we've come to the decision that colors mattered over sizing, since we don't get plus size orders. HOWEVER, if you do want a design on a size thats not an option, please contact us and we can do our best with the request. Due to our new choice app, it won't let us exclusive what colors don't come in what sizes, so we cant block them out.  We do apologize for the inconvenience, but an email with a request is super easy and simple!
